Story.
1)
Just after the end of World War II, Max Tunney visited a music store to exchange his beloved trumpet for money.
After he sells the trumpet, he asks the store owner to let him play it one more time.

After hearing him play, the shopkeeper brought out a record of the same tune inscribed on the piano and asked him for the music and the player's name.
He tells the story of a man called "1900 (Nineteen Hundred)."

The Virginian, a luxury cruise ship, is plying the Atlantic Ocean.
Danny Boodman, a black engineer who picked up an abandoned baby on board, named the child "Danny Boodman T.D. (Thanks Danny) Lemon 1900" after his name, the name of the box in which the baby was abandoned, and the year of birth, and carefully raised it.

However, Danny was killed in an accident when 1900 was eight years old and never returned home.
